Our Home

Here is our home :)  It is 2,200 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.......
dining room, computer area, homeschool room, living room........
pool, deck, 2 car garage (which we use for indoor play area that is just an open room), and a spacious yard that is over 1/4 of an acre on a corner lot.
 What makes our home wonderful?
Our neighborhood is diverse and just off of a busy road that leads to any shop, the nearest hospital, and other main roads within minutes.  BUT our little road has a very quiet and peaceful feel.  We don't have any through traffic.  And we are at a corner where they have to turn so no speeding cars go by.  Our neighbors are great and love watching our family going on our walks.
We have plenty of room to make Dawn's home made breads and desserts in our kitchen.  And for mommy and daddy to whip up some wonderful dishes.  We both enjoy cooking, but Jason actually went to school for hotel catering!  Our kids love learning how to cook just like mom and dad  :)
Our dining area is nice and huge.  Just the way we like it because we eat all of our meals around our table together!  Daddy gets to join us 2 out of 3 meals when he works during the week.  Our table is large and has room for more ;)
Here is just another quick shot of another bedroom in our home.  Our kiddos love the bunk beds.  Most of the time they prefer to be together in the other main areas of our home though.
Our living room has plenty of couches for reading with each other- something we do daily!  We of course have plenty of space to play the Wii too, or to relax and watch a family movie together.
This is our home school table in our home school room.  It is great having a whole room filled with books to learn from, tons of reading books, and lots of crafts, markers, glue, scissors, and other things to be able to create!  We have a lot of materials so we can make learning a lot of fun!
Yummy.....daddy making a pie!  And teaching the kiddos the hows and whys too.
This is a great picture because this is also the benefits of homeschooling- these faces are my favorite part of being a stay at home mommy!
We love to play games with each other around that same table too!  It is a great way to learn and to play with each other.  Of course laughing is something that helps build our family!
